Notice of
Annual Meeting
Pursuant to Article IV, Section 2 of the
bylaws of the corporation, and by designation of the President, the Annual
Meeting of the members of the ANGLICAN USE SOCIETY, doing business as
“Anglicanorum Coetibus Society”, will be held at St. Thomas More Church, 118
Theodore St, Scranton, PA 18508, USA on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 12 noon,
for the following purposes:
FIRST: To receive such reports as may be
made by the President and other Officers and
members of the Society;
SECOND: To elect board members to serve
for the next three years; and
THIRD: To transact such other business as
may properly come before the meeting.
Your presence in person, via conference
call, or by proxy is requested.
